CR Group has acquired Tutus Data AB, a Swedish leader in certified encryption solutions for defense, government, and other security-critical sectors. The acquisition marks an important step in CR Group’s strategy to drive digital innovation, investment, and collaboration across essential areas of public infrastructure and national security.
The initiative is driven by the rapidly evolving digital threat landscape, including increased geopolitical tension in Europe, growing investments in total defense, and the rising impact of cybercrime and digital vulnerabilities.

Tutus will continue to operate as an independent entity within the group, with Jens Bohlin remaining as CEO. The acquisition enables Tutus to expand its operations with access to CR Group’s broader resources and strategic capabilities.
This acquisition further strengthens CR Group’s position as a trusted cybersecurity partner for critical infrastructure in Sweden and across Europe.
